Open the manage subscription page and give us the email you paid with. A secure Stripe link arrives, and one click inside that portal ends the subscription, with no password to hunt down. Access runs to the end of the current period and nothing further is charged. If anything blocks you, email support@salesfactory.media and a person will handle it.
